Cooking instructions:
Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Oven, preheat the oven to 200°c, 180°c Fan, Gas mark 6. Remove the belly strips out of the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking. Place on a Baking tray & cook in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through.
Allow product to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Before serving, ensure product is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
