Cooking Instructions:
Grill From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before Cooking, preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging and rub chops with 5ml of vegetable oil. Place steaks on a grill pan. Cook on a moderate heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Before serving ensure food is piping hot throughout. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
Oven From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before Cooking, preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove all packaging and preheat frying pan over a high heat, and rub each chop with 5ml vegetable oil. Pan fry over high heat for 4 minutes, turning halfway through. Once done, place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 10 minutes turning once.
