Cooking Instructions:
Oven cook from chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Remove all packaging and place fillets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes turning halfway through. To Pan Fry From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat 5ml of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and place into the frying pan. Cook on a moderate heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Before serving ensure food is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
For A Char-grilled Barbecue Effect - cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.
