Cooking Instructions:
Oven cook from chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking
Before cooking, preheat oven to 220ºC / Fan 200ºC / Gas 7 and remove all packaging. Place in a roasting tray in the middle of oven for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Once cooked, take the from the oven, remove the crackling and cover with foil. Allow to rest for 20 minutes. Place the crackling back in the oven at 180°C / 160°C Fan until crispy. Before serving ensure food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
