Our Seven Day Dry Aged Local Lamb has been boned and rolled by our skilled butchers is easy carve, completely boneless and approximately 2kg - 2.5kg (will serve 8-10).
Cooking instructions:
Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat oven 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Remove all packaging and place lamb into a shallow roasting tin and place on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook for 25 minutes per 500g. Once cooked, before carving allow to rest for 15 minutes loosely covered with foil. Before serving ensure food is cooked thoroughly. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
