Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home please defrost thoroughly before cooking
Before cooking, preheat oven 210°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 7. Remove all packaging and allow chops to reach room temperature. Place the chops onto a baking tray and place on the middle shelf of the oven, cook for 8 minutes turning once. Before serving ensure product is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary.
