Cooking instructions:
Grill From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat grill to moderate. Remove all packaging and place sausages on a grill pan. Grill on a moderate heat for 12-15 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes. Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat oven to 190°C/ Fan 170°C/ Gas 5. Remove all packaging and place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Cook in the center of the oven for 25 - 30 minutes, turning half way through. Before serving ensure food is piping hot throughout, and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only.
