Cooking instructions:
Oven Cook From Chilled - If freezing at home defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Before cooking, preheat oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7. Remove all packaging and place into a roasting tray, and then place the tray on the middle shelf of the oven. Roast for 40 - 45 minutes and then remove from the oven. Prick the chicken leg and if the juices run clear then take the chicken out to rest, if not place back in the oven for another 5 - 10 minutes. Once cooked, cover and leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Before serving ensure food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
